Our highly energetic and focused Customer team is dedicated to driven growth for our company in this ever-changing landscape. What role will you play in our team? As the Customer Development Executive, you have the responsibility for providing support to the Customer Development Manager/ Team Leader to develop and lead the business of the relevant key accounts.

 

What you will do

• Leading the development of Indirect Trade channel strategy within the region of Oriente which seeks to exploit incremental sales growth opportunities behind its customers

• Negotiating commercial activations & guaranteeing a flawless 5P's execution and fundamentals in region for Regional Chains (2 accounts) reaching organic and volume growth, SOM, margin & ASP objectives, while mainting trade spend management mandates

• Influencing customers to grow sales, improve service and identify customer service and logistics efficiencies by utilizing new techniques, tools, and information systems (e.g., category management, EDI etc)

• Collecting pre and post analyses of customer and channel promotions, developing a library of performance history, and recommending adjustments to business plans based on results to drive improved return on investment in all types of trade spending.

• Monitoring competitive activity at store level, inform commercial team, identify opportunities and transfer them to the commercial team for the development of strategies that respond to competitive changes in the market.

• Complies with all policies and standards

 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering

• Proficiency in English

• At least 1 years Experience in the commercial area

• Strong Google Suite Skills (Docs, Slides, Sheets…)

• License and Driving skills

• Be open to travel
