Misión del Puesto
Liderar el desarrollo y ejecución de las estrategias y prioridades de negocio en cada RE & Categoria. Ejecutar y monitorear las 5Ps del canal. Analizar las tendencias del canal y del shopper desarrollando planes a medida en cada caso.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio por RE y categoría Definicion estrategica del surtido requerido por RE para cada categoria.
  • Definir prioridades de lanzamiento de Nuevos Productos en cada RE Seguimiento al Cumplimiento del Surtido por RE / CDT
  • Monitoreo del Speed to Market de nuevos productos y onpacks
  • Presentaciones de nuevos productos al trade
  • Definición y control del grid promocional por RE en función de los objetivos que tenemos por canal y categoría - Trabajar en conjunto con Finanzas y supply Chain
  • Analizar la eficiencia de las ofertas por RE. (Pre-Post ROI)
  • Manejo de presupuesto por canal para realizar acciones especificas al shopper y materiales evergreen.
  • Compartir Guidelines de 5Ps a toda el equipo Comercial
  • Analisis de market shares por RE y categoria. Detectar oportunidades para crecer SOM y donde reforzar los planes
  • Seguimiento de KPIs de cada entorno
  • Control y seguimiento de precios por categoria y RE
  • Desarrollo y ejecucion de activaciones de nuevos productos por RE
  • Desarrollo de Material POP, actividades especificas
  • Desarrollar acciones diferenciadas por RE: Packs Exclusivos, Shopper Programs, POP Exclusivo
  • Definicion de estrategia de Visibilidad Off Shelf las Categorias por RE
  • Diseñar planes de Go-to-Market eficientes y efectivos

 

Requerimientos del puesto

  • Universitario Completo de las carreras de Administración de Empresas, Ciencias Económicas, Comercialización, Ingeniería Industrial.
  • Minimo 3 años de experiencia en empresas de consumo Masivo en Trade Marketing, Canales, Shopper Insight, Marketing, Ventas campo y Category Managment.
  • Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado
  • Excel (excluyente)
  • Herramientas de Google: Slides, Sheet, Doc & Studio
  • Conocimientos de Kantar y Nielsen Advisor
