Get in the Game: Dive into the Role

As Oral Care Consultant for  Argentina you will influence, build and demand generation with dental professionals to make Colgate oral care products and Colgate professional products as integral part of their practice. This position collaborates with accounts in an assigned geographic territory (different types of accounts exist and are defined as general dental and specialty practices, government accounts, private accounts, dental clinics, pharmacies and dental distributors/depots).

Your Mission: What You Will Do

 

  • Implement the dental visit plan in the assigned territory, providing information that supports the action of the products driving recommendations.
  • Attitude of service and attention towards the needs of the dentist, providing the materials (posters – brochures) they request.
  • Distribution of product samples and information for both personal use and patient use.
  • Anticipate, identify and report new trends in the market or competitive strategies.
  • Advise the Pharmacy on the appropriate assortment of Colgate-Palmolive products.
  • Build and train pharmacy employees on the benefits of our products, in some cases providing free samples of new products.
  • Communicate and explain the offers available for the Channel in each Pharmacy visited, through an explanatory brochure or similar


Must-Haves for Success: Required Qualifications

 

  • Graduation in Dentistry, Chemical Pharmaceutical Biologist, Administration or related.
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar positions or in the commercial area.
  • Experience in oral health or pharmaceutical agent.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to travel around 25% of the working time.
  • Own car (Important: the car must be less than 10 years old, model 2015 or newer) and active driver's license.
  • Live in Buenos Aires, Argentina or the surrounding north area (no more than 50 km around).
