Resumen del puesto:

Buscamos un Analista de Costos y Proyectos orientado al detalle y con pensamiento estratégico para unirse a nuestro equipo de forma temporal. La persona seleccionada será responsable de analizar y dar seguimiento a diversos proyectos de cadena de suministro para asegurar la eficiencia de costos y el alineamiento estratégico. Este rol requiere un enfoque proactivo en la gestión y ejecución de proyectos clave, así como colaboración interdepartamental para alcanzar los objetivos de negocio.
 
 
Responsabilidades principales:
 
  • Brindar soporte a las áreas de Demanda y Supply Chain en la elaboración y análisis mensual de reportes de costos.
  • Desarrollar y dar seguimiento a proyectos estratégicos clave relacionados con: Oportunidades de Portafolio, Cost to Serve, Funding The Growth Opportunities, mejoras en CoMan-Copack, entre otros.
  • Calcular y gestionar los costos logísticos, de almacenamiento y manufactura de la región; apoyar proyectos de planta y de cadena de suministro que no sean directamente de planta.
  • Asistir en la elaboración del presupuesto y en las revisiones mensuales de resultados con la división, enfocándose en indicadores clave (KPIs) y costos.
  • Ser el soporte analítico del líder de proyectos, gestionando números, análisis y preparación de datos para presentaciones y toma de decisiones.
  • Trabajar eficazmente bajo presión para cumplir con los entregables, analizar datos utilizando Excel y Google Sheets avanzados, y comunicar hallazgos de forma clara.
 
 
Requisitos:
 
  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y afinidad con los números.
  • Capacidad para aprender rápidamente y trabajar bajo presión.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio.
  • Dominio de Excel, Google Sheets.
 
 
Deseables:
 
  • Experiencia en análisis de costos de cadena de suministro y soporte a proyectos.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y colaboración interfuncional.
  • Enfoque orientado a resultados y actitud proactiva.
  • Experiencia previa trabajando con volúmenes de datos y creando reportes o dashboards.
