Misión del Puesto 
Adaptar las estrategias, tácticas y planes divisionales a la cultura y realidad de cada pais. Definir las estrategias, tácticas y planes de Consumer Marketing para el crecimiento de la subcategoría asignada. Manejo de las variables claves del P&L a fin de tomar acciones correctivas. Seguimiento y desarrollo de planes en base a las actividades de la competencia.

 

Funciones y Responsabilidades 
- Definir y adaptar estrategias y planes de consumer marketing para la categoría considerando las particularidades de cada pais 

- Planificar y liderar los lanzamientos de nuevos productos en la región a fin de garantizar la implementación exitosa        

- Identificar oportunidades de negocio basadas en las necesidades y hábitos del consumidor        

- Analizar la información de la categoria en terminos de participaciones de mercado, situación competitiva, comportamientos de consumidor y tendencias del mercado        

- Elaborar recomendaciones, soluciones y modificaciones a los lineamientos estratégicos y planes en base a la información sobre la competencia

- Determinar la estrategia de precios e identificar las oportunidades de precios frente a los competidores para mejorar la rentabilidad     

- Supervisar la correcta implementación de la comunicación de campañas en todos los materiales POP y campañas locales que se desarrollen 

- Determinar el portfolio óptimo que vaya en linea con la estrategia de la categoría

- Definir el mix de marcas y portafolio en cada país        

- Identificar oportunidades y amenazas del mercado y recomendar acciones apropiadas   

- Colaborar con el desarrollo de las presentaciones para la División        

- Apoyo continuo y resolución de inquietudes de los paises respecto a la estrategia y tácticas de marketing de la categoría     

- Mantener directa interacción y alineación con los Category Development Managers, GBD y división, además de las funciones regionales de Legal, Supply Chain y Finanzas .

 

Características y experiencia:
-Carrera concluida.

- Experiencia de 3-4 años en Marketing, Trade marketing y/o áreas comerciales.
-Inglés avanzado
-Microsoft Office o Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs) 

-Experiencia manejando Nielsen

-Experiencia manejando proyectos en empresas de sector consumo
