Resumen de la Posición:

El trabajo de Asistencia Administrativa Ejecutiva se enfoca en apoyar a un área asignada en sus actividades diarias en la oficina. También se da asistencia a el Director del área asignada.

 

Responsabilidades:

  • Coordinación de agenda de dos directores, sus reuniones y viajes (aéreos y hotelería).                    
  • Coordinación, gestión y seguimiento de reuniones, talleres (MYR/BR/Goal Alignment/OPCOM MEETINGS/AR WORKSHOPS).              
  • Gestión, seguimiento y control de documentación y asuntos confidenciales.               
  • Carga de requisiciones de compras, confección y seguimiento de PO de las áreas atendidas.         
  • Gestión de trámites personales a los directores.              
  • Realización de anticipos y reembolsos, rendición de gastos de ambos directores (Amex; efectivo)         
  • Elaboración y presentación de documentos/ cartas, informes y  presentaciones y minutas.         
  • Seguimiento de facturación de diversos de proveedores (remises, agencia de viajes, caterings, despachantes, asociaciones)                          
  • Recepción/transmisión de mensajes telefónicos provenientes de fuentes internas y externas, con gestión del tiempo/interacción eficiente.                         
  • Recepción, control de correspondencia de las áreas que atiende.                            
  • Actualización de Call Tree y organigrama de las áreas.                  
  • In site visits a hoteles para determinar si son viables o no a las necesidades de los ejecutivos de CP                      
  • Asistencia a expatriados y visitas.

 

¿Qué necesitas para la posición?

 

  • Grado en asistencia de dirección-management assistance / Técnico Superior en asistencia a la dirección / Traductorado de inglés o últimos años de licenciatura
  • 2 a 5 años de experiencia en puesto similares como asistente
  • Inglés intermedio- avanzado
  • Office / Google Suites 
  • SAP  (deseabe)
