Also present in Belgium, notably through pharmacies and perfumeries, FILORGA Benelux is looking for its new KAM & National Sales Manager.

In this role and in collaboration with the commercial and marketing teams at the office, the future Sales Manager & KAM will report to the Business Manager BENELUX and have the following key responsibilities:
1. Participate in the deployment of the commercial policy and operational functioning of its key customer portfolio:

Develop and implement the annual business plan within your customer portfolio (pharmacy chains, groups, etc.).

Manage negotiations with clients in line with Filorga's commercial strategy and client commercial terms.

Ensure timely delivery of the right products and services to clients.

Plan and forecast for your key accounts.
2. Manage, develop a team, and track their objectives:

Lead a team of 12 people composed of 5 pharmaceutical representatives working in tandem with 5 beauty advisors, as well as 2 sell-out representatives.

Recruit in collaboration with the HR department.

Set objectives, assess, and develop your team members in alignment with their aspirations and business goals.

Ensure good coordination and synergy between Belgian and global teams.
Required Skills:
With extensive experience in commercial functions, with an emphasis on people management, key account management and business development within the pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetic sectors, and the brand's challenges, you are very motivated to join us!
In an international environment, where proficiency in Dutch, French and English will allow you to navigate within a matrix structure, you will excel at building your team and developing the business through your leadership, interpersonal skills, and negotiation expertise.
