Hill's Pet Nutrition (Thailand) Finance

 

 

 

Job Summary

Ensure sound financial management of the Company.  Specifically, meeting the statutory and regulatory requirements, compliance with Corporate Financial Policies, and providing management with the necessary financial information and analysis needed for decision making.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

 

 

 

  • Maintaining the integrity of the Company’s financial accounting records and systems, ensuring the financial closings and reporting are completed accurately and in a timely manner.   

 

  • Management of cash, accounts receivables and other working capital in accordance with the Corporate policy.  

 

  • Review and/or completion of all returns with respect to the revenue.

 

  • Review and control of the Company NVO and advertising expenditures, which will require working closely with other managers in the Company providing them with timely information and constructive input to further improve the effectiveness of the Company’s spend. 

 

  • Develop and review of pricing, T&C, NPD, Customer, Brand and Product performance to drive profitability

 

  • Develop Business Planning including Budget and Forecast P&L and ensure the alignment with Region and Corporate.

 

  • Maintaining the integrity of the Company’s financial accounting records and systems, ensuring the financial closings and reporting are completed accurately and in a timely manner.   

 

  • Supervision of financial staffs

 

 

 

Education/ Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related major.  

  • Certified Public Accountant Certification (CPA) or CPA equivalent preferred.

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance management.

  • Mandatory previous Commercial Finance experience 

 

Expected Areas of Skills 

  • Fluent in English.

  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.

  • Proficient computer skills in SAP preferred.

  • Ability to think strategically and to identify and resolve problems.

  • Ability to manage stressful situations effectively and maintain a positive attitude.

  • Demonstration of leadership and influencing skills.

  • Excellent communication skills (internal and external, all levels).
