We are looking for internships in Planning / Operations Area of our manufacturing site, located in Anzio (RM).
She/He will support one of the above functions and will be deeply involved in developing the "2025 Reimagined Projects".
In the Planning team, the intern will collaborate to prepare daily production program, monitoring production adherence and packing/raw materials replenishment. She/He will partecipate in the medium-long term demand analysis to properly understand all the supply chain and manufacturing potential constraints.
In the Operations area, the intern will be working closely with the Factory&Performance Reliability Coordinator, contributing to continuous improvement activities related to safety, productivity, quality (GMP/QIT), cost conversion, environmental impact. She/he will be involved in the daily KPIs reporting dashboard monitoring and will contribute to identify and address any specific productivity issues.
Key requirements:
- Master Degree in Industrial/Chemical/Mechanical/Management Engineering
- Fluent Italian
- Fluent English
- Good Team Player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
