Retail Marketing KA Executive is responsible for adaptation and implementation of 7Ps strategy in related Customers.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. 7P Strategy Deployment

- Adapt 7P strategy to customer formats.

- Lead activity grid & plan GtN spending.

- Manage assortment & NPL grid.

- Implement promotional strategy to deliver volume, monitor on-going, and make recommendations where necessary.

- Lead customized activities (BTL, events, etc).

- Work with POP specialist to ensure best in class visibility.

2. Customer team Support

- Provides input on customer/ RE perspective.

- Supports team to identify opportunities for growth.

- Support Logistics to drive Customer Sales Planning (DP).

- Communicates 7P plans to Operations and monitors implementation.

- Ensure alignment between customer plan & RE strategy.

- Participate in Customer meetings & reviews.

- Champions shopper insights.

- Adapt NPL selling-story to Customer to ensure flawless launch.

3. Analytics

- Evaluate the effectiveness of promo and make recommendation based on scan-data.

- Build correlations between sales & Nielsen to ensure the best action plans to grow market share.

- Lead RGM to deliver profitable growth.

- Understand competitive landscape.

 

Required Qualification / Experience:

  • Higher Education.
  • Experience on marketing position in FMCG (2-3 years).
  • Experienced Excel, PowerPoint.
  • English (not less than Upper-Intermediate).
  • Experience in support function is preferable.
