As a Shopper Analyst for Hill’s Pet Nutrition, you will be responsible for:

 

  1. Understanding the eCommerce customers’ website requirements and ensure that Hill’s has superior product presence
  2. Executing product assortment in the customers’ sites
  3. Providing required information to customers to accurately execute the product assortment and content in the websites or, if appropriate, uploads Hill’s material directly.
  4. Maintaining and monitoring systems related to e-Commerce (e.g. BrandView), ensuring accuracy of product information
  5. Developing analytics for eCommerce customers

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with ALL eCommerce customers’ to understand website requirements and accurately load the sites:
    • Product images
    • Product descriptions
    • Tagging
    • Ingredient panels
    • Videos and other brand page content
  • Assist in the development and execution of Shopper Marketing plans and partner with Customer Development Manager(s) to ensure effective implementation in ALL websites
  • Maintain and monitor systems related to e-Commerce (e.g. BrandView), ensuring accuracy of product and customers information
  • Conduct regular eAudits of eCommerce websites, identify gaps and take corrective actions to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate. When opportunities cannot be fixed directly, provide the information to Customer Development managers / Key Account Managers so they can address with customers
  • Support eCommerce Customer Development managers in preparing customers’ business reviews and on-going business updates, including status of brand pages, product reviews and highlighting content opportunities for the retailers webistes
  • Gather and share best practice activations on-line, e.g Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) programs, targeted campaigns, etc. with eCommerce Customer Development team as well as other Customer Development Teams
  • Work with eShopper Manager to develop Brandview reporting
  • Coordinate with Operations and Analytics team to develop eCommerce reporting and scorecards
  • Ensure new product plans fit with customer strategy and calendar

 

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree
  • 3+ years combined experience in analytics and Information Technology
  • Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point
