Drive sales & $SOM growth for brand

Conceptualise & lead critical projects to support the growth plan

Collaborate with the commercial team to deliver best-in -class in-store experience

Identify opportunities to drive financial efficiency to fuel the growth (e.g. pricing opportunities & cost optimizations)

Development and implementation of the plans (include implementing brand strategies, assisting all business financials, and annual budget process) that will establish and maintain current and long-range marketing plans for the brand.


Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree




5 years of Consumer Goods Industry Experience

5 years of Functional Experience

Implementation of at least one business building initiative, e.g. new product launch, relaunch, cost savings, packaging change, promotional program.

Key involvement in business analysis, marketing plan development, and cross-functional project management
