Position Purpose:

Enhance Supply Chain integration by supporting and assisting joint practices. Communicate, persuade and ensure proper execution of forecast and demand base requirements with national accounts (Walmart, Sam's and Walgreens), supporting Customer Development Team.

Store replenish monitoring and analysis for with demand forecasting and inventory management strategies to meet and exceed the customer's goals. Facilitate the collaboration process between the customers with cross functional teams such as Demand Planning, Distribution Center and Customer Development to achieve objectives of the company/department while engage customers  through collaboration and win-win solutions that improves the complete logistic chain.

Ensure the effective implementation of sustainable, cost effective, supply chain processes and enhance Customer Collaboration embedding the CS&L strategies and collaboration model.                                                                                                                      .


Main responsibilities:


  • Ensure customer service objective achievement through a full integrated order process management and its relation with customers to deliver the right product amount at the right time and cost.  Maintain the CS KPI's and provide reports to maximize results. Use Retail Link and Supplier Net data for KPIs reporting.

  • Strengthen Customer Engagement developing Collaboration Plans to obtain mutual benefits and implement the latest logistics initiatives to improve the complete Logistic Chain e.g. EDI, Centralized Deliveries, On Shelf Availability , Cost2Serve, Backhaul, Right Size Inventories, etc.   Seek for input from customers about their needs and expectations to continually improve Customer Service.

  • Work actively with Demand Planning and Customer Development Team  in order to assure accuracy of planning and forecasting of promotional sku's and communicate trade activities to guarantee products are available before activities are implemented.  Understand the drivers of demand and implement practices for improving sales forecast accuracy.

  • Perform root cause analysis (OSA, In stock) and implement action plans to correct/improve.  Manage day to day issues related to SC efficiency.

  • Maintain Walmart, Sam's and Walgreens service level and inventory management goals.  Support customer with business reports, presentations and insights to help generate actionable business solutions.

       Basic Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Administration

  • Experience of 4+ years in Supply Chain, Customer Service & Logistics or Customer Development

  • Fluent English

  • Advanced Excel

  • Presentation Skills

  • Knowledge of Retail Link
