  • Achieve sustainable growth in sales, profitability, market share & product distribution;
  • Strengthen organizational capability & competency;
  • Improve organizational effectiveness & efficiency




  • Review monthly 5P KPIs for all new launches and Big Hits.
  • Responsible to review In-Store Merchandising Excellence implemented in store for My Colgate Store
  • Ensures excellent In Store 5P implementation for all Big Hits activities and monthly reporting of team success.
  • Assists CDM to manage In-Store Shopper Engagement Team (Detailers) for all Big Hits
  • Lead a team of Merchandiser with coaching & feedback to provide to the team as well as effectively execute the company plan & strategies.
  • Ensure planogram effectively executed in all store
  • Assist CDM to publish new launches status in Distribution, Market Shares and In-Store Execution.
  • Developing the customer through strong relationship & consumer/customer focused
  • To submit all report on time & complete




  • Ensure canvassing according to work plan & execute the task as well as order taking the & collection
  • Monitors New Launches and Big Hits execution with coaching & feedback given to merchandiser.
  • Effective Promo & Slob clearance to the trade as per plan.
  • Discuss with BM & CDM on issues & difficulties encountered in the trade to obtain a solution for better performance.




  • 3 Months: Net Sales, Big Hit, ECC %, MSS%
  • 6 Months: Execute Bighit, My Colgate Store & Planogram successfully
  • 12 Months: Promo & Slob clearance




  • Required: Bachelor degree – Major: Business




  • Experience in Consumer Goods Industry Experience



  • Excellent MS Excel Skills
  • Commercial Understanding
