Scope of Responsibility


The Associate SRA will provide primary support for the SRA’s and the CPFR Manager.  This will include internal reports, vendor reports and additional analysis as required to ensure optimal supply chain and sales results.


The Associate SRA will have full store replenishment responsibility for Walmart* Neighborhood Markets, as well as additional smaller sub-categories and Walmart .com, by providing  recommendations for the item aggregate POS level forecast, the item/store level POS forecast, and the seasonal profiles in the Walmart* system. The Associate SRA conducts analysis to make sure that all settings in Walmart’s* system are configured and set for best optimizing Colgate’s store in –stocks and balancing Walmart* inventory. The Assoc. SRA will provide regular communication and analysis of business results to the responsible National Account Manager. The Assoc. SRA will formulate specific action plans to address store in-stock problems and maximize opportunities that support both supply chain and sales objectives.


The Assoc. SRA will have full demand planning responsibility for the sub-categories of responsibility, ensuring optimized product supply at the lowest cost.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Support SRA’s by doing vendor stat reports, sell thru reports, policy creation, policy tracking reports, First of the month policies, and any additional RSI and Ret Link reports as required
  • Provide primary support for SRA’s and CPFR Manager during times of absence, including STA’s and special projects.
  • Manage Walmart* Neighborhood Market RE by item, by store product forecast process and collaborate with Walmart* replenishment team to develop replenishment strategies, including “store of the community” initiatives.
  • Proactively manage Neighborhood Markets (as well as assigned sub-categories and .com) store/item level forecast changes by ensuring all register keys are set properly in Walmart’s*  systems.  Be able to identify root cause for what is happening to store level DD’s and how to correct it.
  • Analyze store level forecast accuracy, ensuring seasonal forecasts/builds are correctly input in the Walmart GRS system.  Specific activities to include, but not limited to C-Stock Management, Seasonal/Event build programs, New Item Configurations and Replenishment Profiles.
  • Manage all new items, item changes and pack transitions to ensure proper forecast accuracy and Wal¶Mart system order flow are aligned.
  • Analyze performance information to identify trends and proactively correct systems disconnects, before out-of-stock instances occur.
  • Manage customer goals of in-stock, inventory and DC to Store service levels.
  • Update the Forecast numbers in APO and update Category Big Pop with both projected and actual quantities by CP location for all promotional events.

Basic Qualifications (Required education, experience, skills etc to qualify candidate):

  • Bachelor's degree OR actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with the intent to graduate on/before June 1,2017  required

  • SAP working knowledge and experience
  • Inforem working knowledge and experience
  • Wal-Mart Retail Link working knowledge and experience
  • RSi Experience
