The Digital Procurement Implementation Manager will be a part of the digital procurement project to provide project management globally.  The Digital Procurement Implementation Manager is accountable for the success of the Digital E2E cloud platform implementation.  The Digital Procurement Implementation Manager will be responsible for the overall success, including initiation, planning, and execution monitoring, while controlling the scope of the Digital E2E project.  Is responsible for making decisions both large and small. Will be required to work with the 3rd party platform provider to define the project, build its comprehensive work plan, and manage to the budget. Will work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of the project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.  Leadership and communication with all levels of the organization are required.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for overall deployment.
  • Partners with 3rd party project manager to manage timeline, all customer resource activities, drive resolution of any escalated issues, other key project management items.
  • Accountable for successful execution of the planning, design, implementation & post implementation of each Division.
  • Overseeing and documenting all aspects of the project.
  • Lead the project plan to drive deliverables and meet milestones.
  • Utilize approved tracking and project management tools to support and drive the project to completion.
  • Influence change management planning and execution.
  • Provide reporting to ensure clear communication and drive decisions.
  • Facilitate issue/ risk management and escalation process.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or relevant technical discipline.
  • 8+ years of practical working experience in Procurement, Project Management, Finance, Information Systems or Supply Chain.
  • At least 4 years project management experience.
  • At least 2 years global project management experience.

Preferrer Qualifications:

  • An advanced degree (MBA) or professional certificate (CPM or CPSM or Project Management).
  • High customer services skills with multiple functions and regions.
  • Ability to understand and lead technology based discussions.
  • A good understanding of Source to Pay (S2P) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes including Procurement Software such as SAP, Ariba, eSourcing, Spend analyzer.
