This position is responsible for the end to end execution of the Annual Bonus programs in partnership with the shared service centers and also provides Compensation consulting services for the Corporate Functions (Finance, Marketing and Global Customer Development (GCD)) globally.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Lead the annual bonus process for all SAP calculated bonuses for eligible employees globally
  • Partner with key HR Stockholders on pre-planning and post planning activities
  • Partner with bonus team in the Mumbai and Mexico shared service centers for bonus audits, calculations, and system testing
  • Partner with HR Operations to oversee any bonus report or data  related enhancements
  • Act as a liaison for Global Compensation professionals on process plan and timeline associated to annual bonus process activities.
  • Partner with HR and Business Leaders to implement annual compensation programs for Finance, Marketing and GCD functions.
  • Conduct job evaluations and provide grade/salary recommendations (both internal and external).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR partners
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to determine the effectiveness and appropriateness of compensation practices
  • Develop new compensation programs and the updates of existing programs
  • Participate in special task forces and project teams, both as a member and as a lead in total rewards projects.
  • Act as a resource to Managers on compensation policy and practice.


Special Skills & Experience:

Successful candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years relevant experience as well as the following demonstrated skills:


  • In depth knowledge of base, bonus/incentive plan design, strategies and principles
  • Solid technical, quantitative and analytical modeling abilities and skills
  • Strong project management, organizational and technical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to interface with all levels of Management and work independently.
  • Proven ability to adapt and work effectively in a matrix environment with competing deadlines
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP



  • BS/BA Degree
