As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for developing a range of diverse customers through your ability to build and maintain strong relationships, influence key stakeholders and drive in store execution.


The Territory Manager role is the foundation of all graduate recruitment at Colgate with over 90% of our Customer Development team beginning their careers as a Territory Manager. We are proud to say that many of our Australian Graduate Territory Managers have gone on to become Colgate-Palmolive executive leaders all around the globe. This territory would be based in Victoria managing Melbourne Territory.

 Within your first twelve months of the Territory Manager role you will:

  • Undergo a comprehensive induction and training program, learning about the company, culture and role
  • Develop your insights and experience into the competitive Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
  • Undergo world class Colgate internal sales training to build on your influence and negotiation skills
  • Be given the tools and opportunity grow your territory, optimise distribution and develop strong customer relationships
  • Begin preparing for future roles through completing development projects in both peer group teams and individually


Skills & Experience

You will be a recent graduate, early in your career who is keen to learn and be developed into a corporate leader of tomorrow. Key to your success in this role is an interest in Customer Development, Logistics, Communications, Economics or Marketing and relevant Degree Qualification. You must be driven by problem solving and achieving results. You must have a valid driver's licence and Australian work rights to be considered for this opportunity.
