Position Purpose:

Coordinate the implementation of the regional integrated digital brand communication strategies and global digital initiatives in Latin America.



Let’s talk about responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation of the regional digital IMCs in Latin America, providing direction and assistance in all areas of digital marketing execution
  • Assist in the implementation of digital marketing activities such as website development, content creation and localization, SEO/SEM, display media, videos, partnerships and e-commerce implementation.
  • Oversee regional digital agencies and other suppliers providing guidance on digital asseets development, ensuring deliverables are complying with the market best practices and company guidelines.
  • Coordinate IMCs implementation and project prioritization with the CoE team and media team
  • Assist marketing teams at Latin America subsidiaries in the implementation of local digital activities that require website development
  • Organize and manage website related material (content translation, reviews, approvals, image/video usage rights, etc)
  • Responsible for the maintenance of corporate and brand sites in Latin America
  • Coordinate the implementation of always-on campaigns on Facebook
  • Support internal information needs with web analytics reports
  • Interaction w/ Insights Managers to implement studies (f.e Youtube/ Facebook/ Nielsen/ Ipsos)
  • Control the category budget including digital production and follow-up payments


What you need for this position:


  • Bachelor Degree
  • English advance
  • Strong analytical Skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience with digital fundamentals: websites, search, digital media, CRM/ database marketing, social media, mobile marketing, measurement & optimization. 
  • Proactive and organize


It is an advantage to have:

  • Experience working with digital / creative agencies and offshore resources.
  • Strong project management skills
