To manage preparation, alignment, and communication of a Demand Plan on SKU level with a planning horizon 18 months.


Scope of Responsibility:

Responsible for managing all activities to develop, align, & communicate the demand plan for subsidiary, in line with E2E strategy,  leveraging new generation systems and analytics (Statistical Forecasting, Demand Sensing, Inventory Optimizer, Commercial Business Planning, Tableau) in building synchronized demand plan.


 Key activities include:


  • Build and keep demand plan integrated with business planning process;  
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing Teams in order to develop demand plan;
  • Work cross functionally on alignment and synchronization of final demand plan to supply plan;
  • Review and monitor sales vs forecast performance; Identify and ensure communication of supply risks,opportunities, constraints and  potential solutions;
  • Work on demand for new products and monitore and measure actual shipments vs. assumptions;
  • Prepare Demand Planning KPIs diagnostics, run root cause analysis for forecast inaccuracies and propose improvement actions;
  • Monitor inventory level and planned supply and work with Supply Network Planning Team to resolve identified risks and constrains;
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Supply Chain projects; Work on enhancement End-to-End tools and analytics;
  • Monitor SKU complexity, recommend and follow up on SKU rationalization initiatives;


  • Background in forecasting and demand planning
  • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Detail oriented, extremely accurate
  • Deep understanding Supply Chain metrics and interdependencies between them
  • Understanding of Commercial Planning basics
  • Experienced in utilization of APO system for statistical forecasting and demand planning
  • Fluent English
