Position Purpose:

 

To develop and guarantee the implementation of strategies aimed at Colgate's growth in its Customers, based on analysis of the channel's performance in Distribution, Volume and Value, as well as tracking distribution of promotional packs, implementation of differentiation activities and Retail plans Marketing.

Elaborate strategic planning of the clients together with the Channel Manager, considering general strategies - marketing, volume forecasting, improvement plan, as well as follow the movements of the competition in the market looking for innovative solutions.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

- Work in multidisciplinary teams to develop activities / projects to capture all business opportunities;

- Development and application in the Joint Business Plan in the client

- Conduct periodic business reviews with Seller / CDM, Ger. Category and other support team members as needed;

- Negotiate specific actions / events with clients aiming at differentiation;

- Engaging Clients in the launches, making the presentations and negotiating the plans;

- Supervise project implementation;

- Calculate ROI and split with the CIA for future decision making.

- Define volume and track execution of promotional packs


Basic Requirements:

 

- Bachelor´s Degree Completed

- Advanced English

- 5+ years of experience in the Commercial area - Trade Marketing or In Store

- Advanced knowledge in Excel and Neogrid tool

- Strong analytical skills
