Role Summary

Responsible for implementing, sustaining, and continuously improving Factory Performance & Reliability (FP&R) principles at the plant. Leads the local implementation plan in alignment with business objectives. Builds partnerships with stakeholders to drive the dissemination of the methodology, training, data intelligence and standardization, ensuring continuous improvement of the plant’s technical and financial indicators.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, deployment, monitoring and periodic review of the FP&R Implementation Plan, translating global targets into practical objectives for the factory;
  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset on the shop floor;
  • Act as a technical and behavioral reference, supporting the development of FP&R team members (identifying talents and successors) and ensuring access to appropriate tools;
  • Lead the Annual FP&R Self-Assessment and support Corporate Audits and the Operational Excellence (OE) Program;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards (EOHS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety requirements;
  • Act as a facilitator in CI (Continuous Improvement) initiatives (Kaizen events, Lean Six Sigma projects) and lead benchmarking and application of best practices from other plants;
  • Drive the use of data, analytical intelligence and digital tools (DOMO, Tableau, SAP PM, CIR database) to optimize FP&R governance and decision-making;
  • Monitor, analyze and consolidate FP&R Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
  • Prepare presentations for leadership, ensuring follow-up of the annual plan and promoting recognition of high-performing teams;
  • Structure the training schedule for FP&R tools and 5S / Visual Workplace standards;
  • Support the development and maintenance of procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (SWIs).


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Production or related), Operations Management, or related areas.
  • Experience in a manufacturing  production environment;
  • Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is desirable);
  • Strong skills in data analysis and digital tools (Tableau, DOMO, Minitab, SQL, SAP PM, Google Collaboration Tools);
  • Advanced English (spoken and written);

  • Familiarity with ISO standards and experience with Industry 4.0 / Digital Transformation projects.
