Key Responsibilities
-
FP&R Implementation & Governance: Define, establish, and coordinate the FP&R implementation master plan, ensuring roles and responsibilities across all plant levels (operators, support staff, team leaders) are aligned with these performance standards.
-
Continuous Improvement & Productivity: Lead optimization projects to reduce unplanned downtime (UPDT), analyze batch cycle times, improve line speed, optimize product changeovers, and implement full 5S and Visual Workplace standards.
-
Loss Analysis & Asset Management: Leverage data analytics tools to analyze operational losses and optimize plant maintenance plans, fostering a reliable Autonomous Maintenance framework within the Focus Factory.
-
Cross-Functional Training & Development: Coordinate and deliver individual and group training programs on FP&R methodologies to build capabilities and ensure standardized execution across teams.
-
Audit & Performance Tracking: Monitor the results of internal and external operational audits, tracking key performance metrics, and leading systemic problem-solving (80/20 approach) for quality non-conformities.
-
EHS Integration: Actively support safety guidelines by identifying operational risks, following up on near-miss or accident reports, and embedding safety behaviors into daily productivity practices.
Required Qualifications
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
-
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, or productivity-focused roles.

-
Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Continuous Improvement.
-
Problem Solving: Advanced mastery of root-cause analysis tools (80/20 rule, Fishbone, 5 Whys) applied to manufacturing bottlenecks.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, resilience, patience, and strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of leading through influence rather than direct authority.
