Title:  Sr. Manager, Global Applications - Supply Chain

Location: Piscataway, NJ

 

Role Summary: 

We are looking for highly motivated applicants for the position of Sr. Manager, Global Applications - Supply Chain to lead the development, design, and implementation of global enterprise logistics solutions supporting business requirements. Reporting directly to the IT Director of Applications for Logistics, this position sits within the Supply Chain category of Global IT's Global Applications group. The ideal candidate will lead logistics systems development and manage 3PL warehouse integrations to optimize data quality and automate complex global workflows. This critical leadership role serves as the central bridge between technology and business stakeholders to execute the Global IT logistics strategy across worldwide networks 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end global IT logistics projects by defining project scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and technical deliverable tracking

  • Architect and oversee the technical design of 3PL warehouse integrations via EDI and API interfaces as well as SAP replenishment workflows

  • Act as the primary IT liaison to key business stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions for Logistics, Warehouse Operations, and Inventory Management.

  • Evaluate enterprise logistics systems and data flows to automate processes, remove technical bottlenecks, and enhance operational data quality across 3PL interfaces

  • Apply Agile project management principles to deliver user-centric solutions aligned with enterprise business priorities

  • Drive global cross-functional alignment and facilitate business participation throughout international project execution

 Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or equivalent practical experience

  • 8+ years of experience managing IT projects and working hands-on with SAP enterprise systems 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry

  • Deep technical or functional expertise in SAP MM, Transportation Management (TM), WM/EWM, or SD modules 

  • Strong analytical, solution design workshop facilitation, and executive presentation capabilities 

  • Proven leadership competencies including taking ownership by driving end-to-end accountability, grow together through cross-functional collaboration, and courageously change by fostering continuous innovation in global supply chain processes

  • Demonstrated experience with third-party logistics (3PL) integration protocols, such as EDI (856, 888, 940, 945) or APIs and logistics execution processes  

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale global projects and driving technical deliverables from inception to deployment


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $140,000.00 - $174,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
