Role Summary

Colgate-Palmolive is embarking on our skills journey in SuccessFactors and placing an even higher emphasis on employee led career development and organization upskilling. This role is a critical technical role that requires extensive subject matter expertise to lead this digital transformation within the “Total Talent” space of SuccessFactors.

 

This individual needs to be our credible  authority on  the above-mentioned SuccessFactors modules. The selected candidate needs to have a deep understanding of the configuration & data, leveraging their knowledge to craft innovative solutions for intricate and complex challenges. Engaged in projects marked by significant risk and visibility. This role will be responsible for being business facing, understanding the business processes and requirements, translating these requirements into technical specifications and configuration in the Successfactors instances. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Play the role of lead consultant to the business, recommending options to design solutions to solve real world business challenges in the area of talent development and succession planning. This would also include independently connecting with business to understand the requirement and recommending solutions 

  • Responsible for designing the business solution and ensuring the solution is innovative and as per business needs in keeping with the latest technology and product considerations.

  • Responsible for end-to-end configurations of the relevant Data Models related to the domains mentioned above along with Business Rules, Workflows, Alerts and Generic Objects.

  • Execute the implementation and support of HR systems with the goal of leveraging technology to improve overall HR efficiency and business productivity.  

  • Ensure Architecture, Governance and Cyber Security standards are met for any internal development and liaise with software vendors to ensure compliance with these standards for externally procured software and applications.   

  • Lead project management with offshore development centers and software vendors to develop and implement systems in the Talent Management areas of Successfactors mentioned above. 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field 

  • 10+ years of experience with SuccessFactors and minimum of 3 years experience in SuccessFactors Implementation and support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • In depth knowledge of SuccessFactors in the below 4 core areas:   

    • Performance and Goals, 360 & Calibration:

      • Configuration of Performance Form templates including goals, continuous performance/feedback, 360 Reviews (Multi-Rater) and Calibration templates and sessions. 

    • Career & Talent Development

      • Growth Portfolio, Career Pathways, Career worksheets and Development Plans.

    • Succession Planning

      • Succession Org Chart, Talent Search, Performance-Potential Matrix and MDF Talent Pools.

    • Foundational Platforms

      • Talent Intelligent Hub (Attribute Library), Job Profile Builder, Opportunity Marketplace.

  • End to End Project Cycle (managing Business and IT stakeholders and escalations)

  • Ability to research, explore, understand and articulate new features and functionality in the above mentioned domains

  • Successfactors certification like C_THR82, C_THR95, C_THR85, THR98 (Academy)

 

 


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $124,000.00 - $174,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
