Hill’s Pet Nutrition is looking for a versatile and highly skilled Designer to join our dynamic Strategic Creative Services team. This role is essential for bringing our brand to life across a wide range of channels. The ideal candidate is a creative powerhouse, capable of managing a high volume of work and seamlessly switching between digital, print, motion, and e-commerce projects. You will be a key player in the core production of creative assets that engage our consumers and support our global marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce a wide array of creative assets, including static and animated digital banners, social media graphics, email templates, website visuals, and e-commerce content.

Develop print materials such as brochures, in-store signage, and event collateral, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality production standards.

Create short-form motion graphics and video assets for use in digital advertising and social media campaigns.

Collaborate with Creative Managers, Project Managers, and marketing stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver compelling, on-brand creative solutions.

Ensure all creative work adheres to Hill’s brand guidelines and quality standards.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, from concept through to final execution.

Prepare and package final creative files for various platforms and production environments.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

5 + years of professional design experience in an in-house creative team or agency setting.

5+ years experience working with a diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, print, and motion design.

5+ years experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

Experience with design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.

Familiarity with design for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon A+ content).

Experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume, production-focused role.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $86,000.00 - $121,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
