Our Commercial Sales Strategy Manager is the critical commercial engine connecting brand strategy with frontline execution across North America. Operating at the intersection of marketing, customer development, and supply chain, this role drives maximum sales, market share growth, and financial return. While developing & translating overarching strategy, the manager leads seamless execution with the field sales force.
Your Day to Day and the Future

Commercial Execution and Strategy Translation: Translate brand and category strategies into best in class execution across all North American customer segments.

Lead Strategy Development with Marketing and Head of Sales: Partner with marketing and sales leadership to build growth strategies driven by compelling sales stories.

Promotional Strategy and ROI Optimization: Own the promotional grid and trade calendar, evaluate program ROI, adjust tactics based on performance insights, and partner with supply chain teams to execute flawlessly.

Annual Activity Planning: Own customer activity planning milestones, consolidate go-to-market materials, and streamline internal communication, including publishing regular field communications.

Cross Functional Synchronization: Serve as a key liaison across Field Sales, National Distribution, Trade, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Finance, and Supply Chain, applying standardized ways of working.

Distribution and Pricing Support: Drive distribution of core portfolio & growth segments to unlock growth opportunities while serving as the pricing champion, influence strategy by supplying market insights & expertise.

Omnichannel Experience and CRM Strategy: Drive customer journey strategies across all touchpoints while leveraging customer data to personalize engagement.

Budget and Financial Governance: Oversee the customer marketing budget and reconcile trade spend against financial plans.
You'll need to have:
-
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

6 or more years of progressive experience in customer marketing, trade marketing, commercial strategy, or sales roles within Consumer Packaged Goods.

Advanced proficiency in digital workspace tools including Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Proven capability in cross functional leadership, stakeholder influence, financial management, trade promotion analysis, and strategic execution.

Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis without requirement for company visa sponsorship.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $109,600.00 - $155,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
