Filorga Italy is looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join our Digital & Media Marketing team for a 6 months internship. The internship offers a unique opportunity to support digital communications, media, social media & influencer marketing, and D2C activities for the Filorga brand, working closely with the product marketing, trade marketing, and sales teams. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Support for managing the brand's social media and media campaigns to support launches (implementation of the editorial plan, support for external social media marketing and influencer marketing agencies, KPI monitoring, competition monitoring)

  2. Support in the management and maintenance of D2C through the implementation of the relevant marketing plan, warehouse management, promotions management, external agency support for the site, monthly Business KPIs reporting

  3. Support in the creation of influencer marketing, UGC and experience campaigns in line with the marketing plan 

The training experience will be completed with support in drafting the monthly/quarterly Media & Digital Review and constant monitoring of competitors' media actions (online).

Upon completion of the internship, you will acquire the following skills:

  1. Manage a social media brand activation plan, coordinate agency engagement, and monitor KPIs

  2. Manage the e-commerce promotional plan, monitor performance KPIs, and identify corrective actions

  3. Coordinate the brand's online communications through social media marketing, influencer marketing, and media campaigns

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Degree or Master Degree in Economics or a related fields

  • Fluent in Italian and English
