Role Summary
As a Sr. Brand Manager for the Fabric Conditioners Category you willl be responsible for the development of marketing strategies and plans across all operations to achieve the financial and market share objectives.
 
Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sub-Category Strategy and Execution: Define and lead the marketing, communication, and media strategies, including the Go-to-Market process and 5P's analysis for all new launches and re-launches.
  • Own P&L and Financial Targets: Manage the regional sub-category P&L, driving both margin improvement and product simplification initiatives to meet financial objectives.
  • Drive Performance Analysis and Reporting: Proactively identify market opportunities and issues, developing concrete action plans. Lead the preparation and presentation of Budget, Mid-Year, and Monthly Business Reviews.
  • Ensure Regional and Global Alignment: Serve as the critical liaison with BDMs across operations to successfully align global/regional strategies and execute local market initiatives.
  • Manage Local SKU Development: Oversee the development and execution of locally sourced SKUs (e.g., promo packs, club packs), providing teams with expertise in forecasting, artwork, and product creation.
  • Lead and Develop the Team: Recruit, mentor, and coach team members to drive high performance and facilitate the co-creation of robust Category Growth Strategies and Plans.

 
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial roles 
  • 5+ years of experience as a Brand Manager in FMCG companies 
  • Experience in a role with a regional scope
  • Advanced English

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing
