Role Summary
As the Retail Environment Specialist – Clubs Channel you will own and drive the 7Ps strategies across our high-growth Clubs Retail Environment. In this high-impact role, you will bridge regional vision and local execution, shaping 3-year strategic growth plans, optimizing category development, and leveraging shopper insights across all participating Colgate categories. You will act as the strategic catalyst who empowers local country teams to outperform the market, build winning customer partnerships, and deliver top-tier shopper experiences.
Responsibilities

Drive Regional 7Ps & Strategic Growth: Lead the formulation and regional rollout of 7Ps strategies for the Clubs channel across the hub and target countries, creating actionable plans based on Commercial Best Practices (BGPs) to consistently outpace market growth.

Shape Long-Term Channel Strategy: Direct the creation of 3-Year Strategic Plans for the Clubs channel from the regional hub, collaborating with local Retail Marketing Managers to ensure seamless adaptation and execution in local markets.

Lead Category Development & Joint Customer Planning: Define regional and local Retail Category Development priorities to strengthen internal commercial capability, direct business reviews, and elevate customer relationship management.

Translate Shopper Insights into Action: Partner closely with the Latam Retail & Shopper Insights team to oversee research execution, analyze shopper behavior, and deliver quarterly performance reviews that translate insights into actionable commercial strategies.

Deliver Innovation & Activity Grids: Co-build country-specific Innovation and Customer Activity Grids in partnership with key retail accounts, integrating regional best practices and shopper data to optimize category performance.

Govern Regional Performance & Alignment: Align division-level Retail Marketing priorities with local teams and lead monthly priority and performance review disciplines to ensure commercial targets and market share goals are met.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree completed.

At least 4+ years of experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing or Category Management positions within a multinational environment.

Proven track record of managing channel strategies (specifically 7Ps implementation) and cross-border or multi-market commercial executions.

Demonstrated experience collaborating with key regional commercial stakeholders and leading structured business reviews with major retail accounts.
- Strong Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) / Consumer Processed Goods (CPG) industry experience.

Intermediate-Advanced English Level
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related commercial field.

Proven ability to analyze shopper insights and convert complex data into actionable customer growth strategies.

Strong functional competencies in joint business planning, category development, and cross-functional leadership across matrixed environments.
