Job Summary
eCommerce trainee plays an important role in supporting key account managers and ensuring the smooth operation of Hill’s eCommerce business in the direct CZSK market. He/she has the opportunity to work closely with the sales team, gaining valuable experience in data processing, customer management, and market analysis. This role provides the eCommerce trainee with an understanding of the eCommerce industry and gives the chance to make a meaningful impact on the business.

Education/ Experience Requirements
Basic qualifications include:

Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent required

Experience in ecommerce and sales/marketing, retail or digital marketing is welcomed

Passionate about digital and eCommerce

Excellent oral & written English
Expected Areas of Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Basic knowledge of Google tools and data analysis tools, and the ability to learn new software quickly

Ability to think critically and problem-solve, including the ability to identify and resolve issues with data accuracy, customer orders, and other eCommerce-related tasks

Basic understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing principles, including the ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges

Basic understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide a high level of service to customers

Fluent in spoken and written English (or the language required for the role), with good communication skills.
