Business Process Analyst

Location: Ciudad de México, Miguel Hidalgo 

 

Role Summary

As a Business Process Analyst, you will leverage technology to streamline and improve supply chain and manufacturing business processes within the Global Information Technology (GIT) team, reporting directly to Sr. Manager, Global App - Supply Chain . You will provide essential SAP and business process knowledge for the analysis, design, and development of cross-functional applications while delivering daily IT support according to standard operating procedures and Global SLAs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to identify, assess, and implement value-adding technologies and project management frameworks to solve complex procedural problems. By driving system reliability and cross-functional collaboration, you will directly support critical business priorities and digital transformation initiatives across the division.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end implementation of small to medium IT projects across the division, applying the GIT 5-Steps Methodology to build execution plans and coordinate internal and external resources.

  • Design, configure, deploy, and test SAP and non-SAP/SaaS application solutions in line with global standards, agreed timeframes, and specific business requirements.

  • Maintain and support production systems reliability and day-to-day business requirements through the correct utilization of GIT standard support, governance processes, and Global Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Partner and collaborate closely with key stakeholders across internal IT organizations—including Global Development, Risk Management, and the Global Shared Service Organization—as well as cross-functional business units to deliver solutions.

  • Analyze, identify, and assess complex business processes, procedural problems, and emerging technologies to continuously deliver solutions that add strategic value to the business.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT roles implementing projects explicitly related to supply chain or manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated technical experience in the design, configuration, deployment, and support of SAP, non-SAP, Cloud, or SaaS solutions.
  • Functional IT knowledge or design/configuration experience in specific SAP modules, including Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM), or Quality Management (QM).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project implementation methodologies such as Agile, ASAP, SCRUM, or Waterfall.
  • Professional bilingual proficiency with fluent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Desirable knowledge of modern digital technologies, including Agentic AI, Automation and Agentic Workflows, Analytics, Data warehousing, SAP Fiori Elements, or low-code/no-code tools like Retool.
  • Technical understanding or debugging capabilities in SAP ABAP, alongside exposure to systems integration between SAP and non-SAP systems (On-premise and SaaS).
  • Proven IT project management knowledge and experience leading technical implementations.
  • Strong ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations, technologies, individuals, and cultures, aligning with internal values to translate complex concepts between technical and business terms.
