Discover Your Purpose: Role Summary

As a People Business Partner for E2E Andina, you will help define and drive the talent agenda, partnering directly with senior leadership in Manufacturing and Logistics to drive business priorities, organizational effectiveness, and shape the future of the business and workforce of both staff and frontline workers. You will serve as a trusted partner for leaders to influence growth and team performance, with the unique opportunity to drive large-scale organizational design and change management initiatives. Additionally, as a core member connected to Labor Relations, you will be the heartbeat of our organization, building and maintaining positive employee relations while driving people performance, guiding on-the-ground leaders on positive workplace culture, and ensuring business continuity within the Supply Chain environment.

Your Impact: Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory: Partner with senior leaders to design and execute workforce strategies that align with long-term business priorities for the E2E function.(Operations including Manufacturing, Costumer Service and Logistics, Quality, Procurement and others.
  • Organizational Design: Lead complex organization design projects and large-scale change management initiatives that enhance agility and performance.
  • Talent & Succession: Drive succession planning and talent development to strengthen the leadership pipeline and ensure future-readiness for the E2E organization.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage advanced analytics and AI tools to forecast attrition, identify capability gaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Culture & Capability: Scale transformative enablers, focusing on leadership development, team effectiveness, and culture transformation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Global Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure global People programs resonate locally and drive engagement.
  • Operational Improvement: Optimize People program delivery by integrating digital solutions and AI to enhance efficiency and strategic impact.
  • Labor Relations & Supply Chain Focus:
    • Labor Relations Strategy: Lead the labor relations strategy for the site/region, including direct relations and negotiations with Union and Pacto.
    • Case Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for complex Labor Relations matters, effectively handling sensitive workplace situations, workplace investigations, and end-to-end case management.

Skills That Make Us Smile: Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with a proven track record in strategic business partnership.
  • Proven experience managing complex Labor Relations,including Collective Bargaining agreements, unions, plant workers' associations, etc.
  • Experience supporting End-to-End (E2E), Operations, or Global Supply Chain groups.
  • Ability to navigate global and matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and influence decisions through data, insights, and sound judgment.
  • Technical proficiency in HR technology, compensation execution, and advanced Google Workspace.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance HR strategy and operational efficiency.
  • Bilingual in English.

Brighten Your Potential: Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Degree in related fields such as Law, Engineering, Business Administration, among others.
  • Prior experience in CPG or FMCG sectors.
  • Experience in people management or leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Experience in another division or global function demonstrating enterprise mindset perspective.
  • Center of Excellence experience in Compensation, Talent Management, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a consultative problem-solver with the "courage to challenge" and comfort navigating high-ambiguity environments.
