Manage/oversee new package development activities across all functions, including EOC (ENTERPRISE ORAL CARE, TOOTHBRUSH Marketing), R&D, Technology, Asia-Pacific packaging  CSX PSC, and suppliers. Ensure the package is developed in accordance with Quality, EOHS, Product Safety, Regulatory Standards and customer specifications. Lead the Technology Transfer of new packages, equipment and technology to the shop floor for effective implementation.

List the tasks, duties and responsibilities of the position that are most important to get the job done.

• Manage/Oversee new package development activities across all functions, EOC (ENTERPRISE ORAL CARE, TOOTHBRUSH Marketing), R&D, Technology, Asia-Pacific packaging  CSX PSC, and suppliers.

• Work with R&D on PKG structure design of 2D/3D drawing  and PSC to ensure packaging designs optimized for manufacturability.

• Creates all types of packaging - primary, secondary and tertiary - with the goal of keeping the products safe in transport, eye-catching to the consumer and cost-effective in the company's process cycle.

• Manage Artwork development process and evaluate the printing effective

• Manage technical elements associated with the new package development and commercialization, including package specifications, BOM(Bill of materials), new materials (PMPS-Packaging Material Purchasing Sheet), quality standards, lab testing, documents management, etc…

• Ensure the package is developed in accordance with Quality, EOHS, Product Safety, and Regulatory Standards.

• Lead the Technology Transfer of new package, equipment and technology to the shop floor for effective implementation

• Work with Quality on the complaints or feedback from the customers and consumers on product package quality…analysis the reason and find the solution.

• Identify and implement Funding the Growth (saving) projects such as material localization, process optimization, product simplification, etc

• Specify and recommend efficiency digital tools and methods for packaging development

Required qualifications任职资格：

• Education教育水平: Bachelor’s Degree and above

• Major专业: Printing, Packaging Material, Packaging engineering and related

• Experience经验:  

  • 3+ years of Consumer Goods Industry experience

  • 3+ years of packaging related experience

  • 2+ years of Functional experience

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience
