Job summary:

Define, develop and implement strategic human resource initiatives of Colgate Sanxiao Manufacturing Plant, shape company culture evolving in a changing market to be a high performing organization, lead the organization design and development, build talent pipeline, manage all aspects of compensation & benefits, employee wellness  and build harmonious labor and employee relations in the site.


Essential job functions:

  • Identify, develop and implement broad human resources strategies supporting business objectives.

  • Diagnose and recommend appropriate organization culture and leadership strategies to meet current and future needs. 

  • Ensure human resources policies and practices are consistent with and support company strategy and are in compliance with guideline and government regulation.

  • Implement and monitor a strategic human resource planning process to ensure strong talent pipeline (external and internal)

  • Align with Corporate strategy in implementing performance management and development programs to drive a high performing organization.

  • Manage all aspects of the salary and benefit, reward and recognition programs.

  • Lead the plans to develop the people capability of the plant team.  Conducting required skill gap and  learning needs analysis and connecting with relevant learning and business solutions to build skills, knowledge and behavior.  .   

  • Assist in developing and implementing labor strategy to build up a sufficient, stable and productive labor force supporting the supply chain business needs. 

  • Motivate and manage a team of HR and Admin professionals and provide them with coaching in various areas of human resource management.

Required qualifications:

  • Education教育水平: Bachelor and above

  • Major专业: Any Business-related major 

  • Experience经验:

  • 10+ Years of HR Functional Experience 

  • 5+ Years of Full functional HR Management in large subsidiary with workforce above 1000 HC is preferred

  • 3+ years of consumer goods industry is preferred
