Job Purpose

You will become part of the Customer Service and Logistics team supporting us in daily operations and projects. We are mainly responsible for demand planning, order processing and warehousing management in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Playing a key role in demand and supply planning and communication you will have cross team interactions with internal and external partners.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Assist to ensure accurate and timely communication of portfolio transitions between Marketing, Key Accounts and internal CS&L functions through daily & weekly process
• Support delivery of project to simplify portfolio management
• Assisting the Demand Planning Team in delivering the targeted KPIs
• Support delivery of project to launch an eShop
• Support the Team to providing daily inventory availability reports and advising on availability dates
• Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system based on available information among stakeholders
• Cooperate with warehousing team to improve logistics processes
• Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and peak management

Qualifications:

Education / Experience Requirements

Basic qualifications include:  

• Currently enrolled at a University in a relevant field of study
• Good numerical, analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Microsoft office applications
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of the total supply chain process
• Effective communication across different functions within the company
• The ability to analyse complex issues and make appropriate decision
• Fluent English and German
