Total Rewards Analyst
Position overview:
As a Total Rewards Analyst at Colgate - Palmolive you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing our compensation and benefits programs. You will collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure that our rewarding strategies align with business goals and support our employees' well-being.
Key tasks/responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the HR project assigned;
- Actively participation in the whole salary planning cycle: analysis of market data, job matching, salary and benefits survey reporting;
- Analyzing market compensation data and trends to enable business decisions;
- Maintaining compensation and benefits plans;
- Supervising payroll process with external vendor;
- Participation in budget planning;
- Supporting internal customers by presenting, informing and advising regarding policies and standards;
- Active support of managers and HR Business Partners in building and maintaining people strategies.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor´s Degree;
- Previous experience in Total Rewards/HR is a plus;
- Strong user knowledge of Google Tools (especially Google Sheets) or MS Excel;
- Attention to details, scrupulousness, thoroughness, conscientiousness;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Results oriented and highly motivated person
- Strong communication & teamwork
- Proficiency in English;
- At least communicative level of Polish
