Job Purpose:

Key responsibilities:
-
Collaborate with both technical and non-technical, cross-functional stakeholders in order to understand business challenges and requirements. Transform these requirements into process improvement use cases and/or automation opportunities

Data driven value framing, using process mining technologies, to Build business cases and ROI, in order to quantify the business impact
-
Work with business process teams to formulate solutions and improvement actions, to realize value
-
Drive accountability and ownership of transformation within the business processes, in order to ensure sustainable value
-
Track and report on global process improvement and automation related KPIs and metrics
-
Establish regular communication/planning sessions with project sponsors.

Key Requirements:
-
7+ years’ experience in Management Consulting, or process improvement such as Six Sigma
-
Strong Business Acumen, preferably in consumer products or manufacturing
-
Working knowledge of data mining principles, predictive and prescriptive analytics preferred
-
Proficiency with SAP preferred
-
Ability to work both as an individual contributor and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
-
Logical thinking and communication skills, as well as ability to easily build relationships,
-
Written and communication skills in English are a must
-
Problem solver, with analytic thinking and ability to apply root cause analysis.
