Employment via temporary work agency
- Help with order processing, claims, testing across all hubs;
- Develop effective customer communications and relations to facilitate effective order to invoice fulfillment;
- Collaborate with local Customer Development Teams and Logistics to investigate and resolve order management and delivery issues;
- Support and enforce all sales policies;
- Ensure that all invoices are properly processed through to billing document in SAP.


- Student or completed degree of studies;
- Good command of English (B1/B2);
- Knowledge of Italian language will be an asset;
- Experience in customer service will be an asset (ex. Internship);
- Good organization and coordination skills;
- High level of pro-activeness, independence and ownership of the tasks assigned;
- Process orientation and attention to details;
- Ability to work in teams and with deadlines;
- Eagerness to learn & develop.
