ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated NVO Analyst to manage Non-Variable Overheads (NVOs) across CEE countries. This role involves supporting budgeting and financial reporting, coordinating employee settlements, managing banking processes, and leading NVO-related projects.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Budgeting & LE:

  • Gather and analyze NVO data for budgeting and LE processes.

  • Collaborate with departments to compile and verify data for Budget/LE.

  • Prepare budget review presentations and conduct required analyses.

Month-End Close:

  • Execute month-end procedures in SAP/BI for the CEE Region.

  • Prepare month-end reports, ad hoc analyses, and manage accrual processes.

  • Conduct monthly NVO reviews with cost center managers.

Monthly Administration:

  • Oversee PO/GR process and Accounts Payable in collaboration with CBS.

  • Manage expense reports and BAM SAP Tool, prepare quarterly bank reports.

  • Provide financial transaction details to other departments and participate in NVO and banking projects.

Data Management:

  • Update system data and ensure accuracy.

  • Serve as a backup for other categories, countries, and P&L lines.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

  • Experience with financial analysis and budgeting processes.

  • Proficiency in SAP, BI, and financial reporting tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluent in English, knowledge of other CEE languages is a plus.
