Responsibilities:

  • supporting team members in their projects for warehousing and distribution activities in Spain, Italy and Greece
  • updating logistic cost trackers database
  • daily checks of the stock alignment to guarantee availability of goods for orders
  • analyzing logistic data and creating reports (running KPI reports, tracking performance, checking reports from suppliers etc.)
  • monitoring returns of the goods to the warehouse 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • very good knowledge of Excel (e.g. pivot tables, vlookup)
  • very good English - min. level B2,
  • education in logistics studies is nice to have
  • analytical and organizational skills
  • Some knowledge of Italian, Spanish or Greek language would add big opportunities for a candidate
