Responsibilities:

- support coordinating transport activities from plants to warehouse and from WH to customers,

- reporting current activities to the supervisor,

- returns management, refusals to deliver to the warehouse,

- updating order statuses in the system,

- work on Excel,

- daily communication with carriers,

- analyzing logistic data and creating reports (running KPI reports, tracking performance, checking reports from suppliers, etc.),

- support in managing claims,

- billing process support,

- supporting other team members in their projects,

- inbound claims management.

 

Qualifications:

 

- analytical and organizational skills,

- very good knowledge of Excel (e.g. pivot tables, vlookup),

- very good English - min. level B2,

- a person is welcome during or after the logistics studies.
