Job Title:  Inventory Analyst

  • Support Division/ Local team through modeling opportunities to drive Inventory Optimizations: drives the implementation of alternative Supply Chain Network set-ups through the execution of what-if scenarios, exploits opportunities linked with SKU Consolidation and Supply Chain Re-engineering;
  • Perform routine revision of safety buffer through IO or playbook;
  • Act as point of contact to Supply Network Planning and Production planning regarding: SAP Product Master Data, Safety Time Evaluation and Maintenance, Inventory analysis;
  • Support and lead implementation relating to new Inventory Management tools and functionalities;
  • Issue regular reports to improve Service while optimizing Inventories;
  • Use the “Power User” for Inventory Management tools (IO, BI etc) and provides trainings/ maintains documentation on Inventory related processes to other functional groups;
  • Support Local team with inventory projection;
  • Support GET FIT meetings to review SLOB and Inventory level.



  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Planning or in other analytical position;
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Commercial/Manufacturing processes and practices;
  • An University Degree;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  • Strong analytical skills and proficient usage of Excel and SAP;
  • Creative in finding new solutions/improving systems and procedures;
  • Experience in working on complex projects with cross-functional teams in dynamic environment;
  • Attention to details and ability to make decisions based on data in databases;
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
