What you’ll do:

Conducting inspections of working conditions, ensuring compliance with applicable OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations and adherence to corporate standards within the organization

Organizing internal audits, preparing improvement plans, and coordinating corrective actions
-
Comprehensive maintenance of OHS and fire safety documentation in accordance with external requirements and company procedures
-
Providing, organizing, and conducting OHS and fire safety training
-
Investigating the causes and circumstances of occupational accidents and near misses
-
Participating in the implementation of corporate projects related to OHS and environmental protection
-
Preparing safety and environmental reports in accordance with corporate requirements (in English)
-
Calculating environmental fees and reporting to KOBIZE (National Centre for Emissions Management)
-
Preparing packaging reports (OPAK)
-
Organizing and conducting OHS, ecological, and healthy lifestyle promotion campaigns
-
Verifying and updating workplace instructions applicable in the company
-
Preparing occupational risk assessments for individual workstations
-
Organization of an occupational health and safety committee
-
Monitoring and informing employers about legal changes in the field of occupational health and safety and environmental protection
-
Maintaining TRUE Zero Waste certification standards in the office.
What you’ll bring:
-
Higher education degree in a related field or postgraduate studies in OHS
-
OHS specialist/inspector qualifications
-
Experience in a similar position (min. 1 year)
-
Valid periodic training for OHS service employees and persons performing these tasks
-
Very good knowledge of current legal requirements regarding OHS and environmental protection
-
Knowledge of the BDO system and submitting waste reports to the Marshal's Office
-
Knowledge and practical skills in reporting waste, emissions and packaging within the framework of environmental regulations
-
Very good knowledge of English (required for reporting and conducting training in English)
-
Good knowledge of the MS Office and G suite
-
Knowledge of the SAP system is a plus
-
Fire safety inspector qualifications will be an additional advantage

What we can offer:

Salary Range: 9000 PLN - 11600 PLN gross per month

Salary payment frequency: monthly
-
Fixed-term employment through April 2028
-
Hybrid arrangement consisting of four days on-site and remote work on Fridays.

The on-site schedule is split between two facilities:
-
Two days per week at the CP Poland office (Wybrzeże Gdyńskie 6D).

Two days per week at the CP Services office (Taśmowa 7).
The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the position's requirements, such as required skills, effort, responsibility, and working conditions, which places the role into a specific level within the company's compensation framework.Employees will also be eligible to the annual bonus plan - on target 8% of base annual salary linked to company and individual performance. The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employer’s Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
