Job overview
The Digital Specialist PL will be responsible for driving and supporting digital engagement for Poland and CEE Hub. Will be a key business partner with regional GIT and external service providers related to internal and external digital functionality and applications, as well as a key contact with Online Acceleration Center, Division Brand team and Hub Marketing team for digital initiatives. business networks. 
     
Main Responsibilities

●  Executes in-market digital engagement programs targeted towards consumer  audiences to generate  demand and/or sales by  leveraging  digital engagement functionality and applications such  as building websites, search, e-commerce, webinars, apps. 
●    provides training and understanding of tools and technology to other functions. 
●    ensures that data handling is compliant with data privacy and other relevant legislation
●    secures required update of website content escalating technical issues and supervising their resolution 
●    continuously interacts with CEE Hub Marketing and develops internal touch point strategies that will ensure efficient and effective deployment of  brand support resources and programs. 
●    acts as the key contact to regional GIT and external service providers for existing and new functionality  in the areas of digital inbound and outbound engagement
●    contributes to EU Gobal Information Technology (GIT) grid projects for engagement optimization, digital websites, apps, and other e-engagement platforms
●    supervise search strategy execution across Poland and CEE Hub, in cooperation with both Hub Mkt and CEE retail marketing team and the Online Acceleartion Center (OAC)
●    runs relevant internal and external reports to understand new/missed engagement opportunities and makes recommendations for optimisation to hub and Division stakeholders.

 

Profile:

•    University degree, preferably in Business with focus on digital Marketing, e-commerce, search, analytics  or communication.
•    Day to day job experience with digital applications/functionality and  engagement formats.
•    Ideally at least 1 year of in-market experience with a company in FMCG  industry or media agency.
•    Experience in search campaign (a must).
•    Experience in collaboration with cross functional teams is a plus.
•    High level of affinity and ideally familiarity with digital engagement /search/Marketing and related  reporting applications, tools and functionalities.
•    Forward thinking approach in order to finds new ways through the use of tools and data.
•    Strong organizational and planning skills. 
•    Strong communication & collaboration skills.
•    Very good English (a must).
