Employment via temporary work agency
  • Student or completed degree of studies;
  • Good command of English;
  • Experience in data management/customer service will be an asset (ex. Internship);
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office with focus on Excel (vlookups, pivot tables);
  • Good organization and coordination skills;
  • High level of proactiveness, independence and ownership of the tasks assigned;
  • Process orientation and attention to details;
  • Ability to work in teams and with deadlines;
  • Eagerness to learn & develop.



  • Take part in validating or maintaining data according to external and internal standards, policies and definitions, releasing or rejecting data maintenance requests, when rejected provides feedback to requestors;

  • Monitor data processes to ensure compliance with process cycle times and related performance measures and KPIs;

  • Monitor performance indicators/metrics for data within their span of responsibility and regularly reports status to supervisor (and organizational management if required);

  • Identify data related or data quality issues and cooperates on solving them;

  • Support end-users with issue solving;

  • Prepare data quality reports and analyzes them, when requested;

  • Participate in Data Management related projects.
