We are looking for a diligent and thorough Consumer Experience Coordinator who will support our Oral Care brand teams in everyday work. This position is crucial to make sure all the data, assets, artworks are in place and adequate for our local marketing teams across CEE Hub. Become a part of our team and apply!

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Lead the artwork development and approval process for new & relaunched products across categories in the Central Europe East  region; 

  • Manage new & relaunched products in matters related to SKUs creation and extension;

  • Create purchase orders; Complete & coordinate notification of registration process for regionally developed new products (Cosmetic Notification Portal);

  • Track & timely upload all e-commerce content for new & relaunched products (Stibo platform);

  • Collaborate with marketing agencies in terms of artwork & packshots development;

  • Ongoing support for the Brand Marketing department and special initiatives.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • University degree 

  • Very good command of English (written and spoken - multinational environment and contact with local markets)

  • MS Office knowledge, presentation building skills, quick adaptation to new systems

  • Practical knowledge of Google Tools will be an asset

  • Diligent person with attention to details 

  • Very well organized, mindful of schedules and deadlines, reliable when given a specific task

  • Team player, open to feedback and giving their own opinion,
