MAIN PURPOSE

The Commercial Planning Junior Manager is responsible for leading Category Management and Commercial Planning for assigned categories, with a focus on engaging customers in Poland.

This role involves collaborating across various functions to align and execute both category and brand strategies, coordinating the Sales Growth Planning Solution, and providing tools to define, deploy, and track the 5Ps and shopper solution.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading Category Management process by applying Category Management principles in cooperation with Customer Development  to drive incremental category and C-P growth

  • Identifying and managing category opportunities to boost demand, support trade and accelerate sales  through market analysis.

  • Supporting the implementation of solutions from the activity grid and tracking the launch of new products to support customer and development efforts.

  • Leading the Sales Growth Planning process for specific categories.

  • Co-leading Joint Business  Planning and workshops for mutual growth with customers.

  • Co-managing sales conferences, head office events, and newsletters with Customer Development Team.

  • Utilize advanced information systems and analytical tools for decision-making.

  • Engage in store visits, customer meetings, and workshops, delivering key presentations to strategic customers.

 

 

Competencies & Experiences Required:

  • University degree

  • Fluency in Polish and English

  • Minimum 3-4 years of working experience within FMCG. Working experience from CatMan/ Trade/Shopper Marketing/ Sales

  • Proven ability to conduct customers presentations and business reviews

  • Strong analytical mindset and interpersonal communication skils

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, advanced Google sheet user

  • Experience with relevant software (NIQ, GfK/YouGov, planogram tools will be an asset)

  • Team player, ability to manage work under stress
