Responsibilities:

The BESM is responsible for managing the timeline for all new products, for executing the administrative tasks needed to prepare launches & for supporting the category simplification efforts. Will be supporting the Africa/Eurasia Division Marketing Department.

Key interfaces include Brand and Professional teams, Scientific Affairs, Net Ops, Regional Marketing Director, HUB teams, Packaging, Artwork specialists, Regulatory, Legal, etc.

The principal duties and responsibilities are:

  • Innovation Development and Relaunches Management: Provide to the brand teams project management for the development & commercialization of all new products and relaunches. Manage timelines, effectively collaborate with R&D and all other cross functional team members & ensure issues are addressed & communicated in a timely manner. 

 

  • Launch Preparation: Work closely with the brand teams & manage tasks for launch preparation including product information sheet, Volume consolidation, Artwork Management Portal, Country pairings definition, REACH/Regulatory compliance, Certifications, trade samples coordination and other necessary tasks.

 

  • Simplification - Support RMD to monitor progress of simplification initiatives & help prepare plans for the future.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree; 

  • At least 3/4 years of experience in multinational FMCG or pharmaceutical;

  • Demonstrates the ability to implement, monitor and adjust projects;

  • English fluency is mandated, other European languages would be a plus;
