Position Summary:  

 

The Warehouse Continuous Improvement Lead is a critical role that will be responsible for implementation of projects for automation and new systems to improve efficiencies at the warehouse. This person will be leading the implementation of the reimagined strategies to transform warehouse operation into a competitive advantage, building supply chain resilience and delivering a best in class customer/consumer experience.

 

Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for leading the execution and delivery of strategic and continuous improvement projects by managing project timelines, closely monitoring critical milestones and coordination amongst internal and cross functional teams.

  • Lead the execution and delivery of strategic and continuous improvement warehouse projects.

  • Develop and manage project timelines, monitor milestones, and ensure successful delivery by coordinating with internal and cross-functional teams.

  • Drive initiatives supporting the long-term strategic roadmap for warehouse operations.

  • Research and introduce external innovations, technologies, and best practices applicable to CP Skin Health’s warehouse operations.

  • Leverage internal and external data to identify opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Manage end-to-end project phases using standard project management methodologies (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, closing).

  • Oversee internal and external resources to ensure teams are equipped with necessary skills, data, and tools for successful project execution.

  • Establish project critical paths, success factors, and troubleshoot challenges while proactively developing solutions.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Foster a culture of adaptability and resourcefulness, driving results through collaboration, initiative, and open communication.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.

  • Demonstrated project management skills and experience delivering projects from start to finish.

  • Proficient in data analysis and skilled at turning insights into action.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Domo, Tableau, Cost to Serve, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio.

  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). and SAP or other ERP systems.

  • Prior project management experience in a warehouse or supply chain setting.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
